You are Back Office / Admin — this is where a loaded truck becomes an official Delivery Note.

1. A worker opens Loading, scans the packed boxes/panels onto the truck, fills vehicle/driver + photos, and presses Submit for approval.
2. That load appears below as a draft. You review it — items, quantities, vehicle, photos.
3. Press Approve → the system issues the official Delivery Note (DN) and locks it. Print or send it.
4. Every issued DN stays in the second list — permanent, never changes.

Why is it empty now? No worker has submitted a loading yet — drafts appear here automatically when Loading is submitted. To try it: open ← Loading (top-right) → start a load → submit → it will show here for your approval.

Only Back Office can approve. Approving issues the official Delivery Note and locks the contents. Set the actual delivered quantity for loose items — anything at 0 will not print.

Official, locked. Open to view or print. These never change if a project is edited later.
